This mission aligns with the vision of American Red Cross, who is there in times of need, responding when people are affected by disasters and providing care, shelter, and hope. State Farm and Red Cross are providing support before, during, and after disasters in our communities.

This alignment makes the Annual Disaster Giving Program (ADGP) a great fit for State Farm. By providing this investment, the Red Cross has the funds to respond when disasters occur and is able to help those affected recover and become better prepared, should another disaster occur.

Associate Engagement - State Farm provides several avenues for associates to give of their time and money to benefit non-profits, including the Red Cross.

Through the Neighborhood of Good™ State Farm associates, customers, and community members can identify volunteer opportunities that align with their passions in their communities and click through to volunteer. The goal is to inspire and empower people to get involved in their communities to create a positive, sustainable, and measurable social impact. We want people to “Care to Act” and understand how they can make a difference.
As State Farm associates volunteer 40 or more hours a year to an eligible non-profit, such as the Red Cross, they can earn a $500 Good Neighbor Grant® for that non-profit from State Farm Companies Foundation.
Through the Matching Gift Program, State Farm associates may request matches for charitable contributions made to eligible non-profits, such as the Red Cross. The match is provided by State Farm Companies Foundation.
Additionally, State Farm hosts blood drives in various facilities throughout the year, making it convenient for employees to give lifesaving blood.
